Welcome to the royal grounds of Queen City Toastmasters, club 5406 of Toastmasters International- the leading movement dedicated to making effective oral communication a worldwide reality.
Queen City has been a breeding ground of speech champions and is proud of counting among its members two District Governors, both of whom made the Philippines the Number 1 district in the world. Its newsletter, the Tiara, has been recognized twice by Toastmasters International as among the top 10 best club bulletins worldwide.
A plethora of talents in itself, Queen City continues to boast of a young, driven and diverse membership and unparalleled themed meetings. It nestles in Cebu City, the Queen City of the South, and meets every second and fourth Saturdays of the month, 7pm at Pioneer House- Cebu, Cebu Business Park.
